After you have carried out one or more of the activities described there, including taking a photo of the Moon or making a drawing of the Moon, fill out the form below and submit your report. You may do this any time between September 15 and September 25. You will be acknowledged with a Certificate of Participation from The International Observe the Moon Night Coordinating Committee.
